What is chia?

Chia is a seed particularly rich in omega-3 fatty acids of vegetable origin, but it also provides them together with omega-6 fatty acids in the ideal proportion for the body, which is a ratio of 3 to 1 (omega-6 and omega-3). It is also a good source of minerals such as calcium, magnesium and boron.

Recommended use

Food, as a cooking ingredient. Store in a cool, dry and odourless place, away from sunlight. Ideal temperature between 10-12ºC and humidity below 65%
