What is Red Lentil?

Red lentil or Turkish lentil is a food of the legume group with a pink or orange colour. It is similar in size to the pardina lentil, which is better known in our gastronomy. The difference lies in its colour and especially in its taste, as the red lentil is more delicate and sophisticated.

Recommended method of use

Therefore, this variety is ideal to prepare in creams, purees or soups.
