It is a supplement based on Melatonin, Vitamin B6 and Tryptophan that will help you fall asleep more quickly and regulate the sleep-wake cycle. It is also perfect for reducing the discomfort caused by jet lag.

Ingredients

Per capsule: Melatonin 1,9 mg ,L-Tryptophan 150 mg, Hops e.s. (4:1, 0,1% rutin) 150 mg, Poppy Californica e.s. (3:1, 0.2% protopine) 100 mg, vegetable capsule (hypromellose), lemon balm e.s. (4:1, 2.5% rosmarinic acid) 50 mg, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), rice starch 5 mg, and Vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100%VRN).

Properties

  • L-Tryptophan: Helps to improve mood and therefore makes us happier. This is produced by the release of serotonin, a neurotransmitter which, in addition to regulating mood, produces other benefits such as regulating sleep and has calming effects. This, in addition to the release of serotonin, also occurs because it helps to develop melatonin.
  • Hops: It has calming qualities to treat anxiety, sleep disorders and restlessness, as it is relaxing and releases muscle tension. It helps to relieve nervousness, stress and anxiety, but also insomnia

  • California Maple: Contributes to optimal relaxation, favours the induction and depth of sleep and improves the quality of night-time rest.
