Fennel extract has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antiseptic, diuretic and analgesic effects. It is also effective in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders and useful in the treatment of diabetes, bronchitis, chronic cough, kidney stones and in improving eye diseases such as cataracts.

It is also important to note that it promotes the production of breast milk, and thanks to its anti-ulcer and antioxidant properties it is used to treat neurological disorders.

How to use / recommended use

1. Heat the water

2. Place in teapot (or in an inner filter with a hole <0.4 mm)

3. One teaspoon of tea per cup and one teaspoon per pot

4. Pour boiling water into the teapot

5. Leave to steep for 2 to 4 minutes
