Which size is right for me?

Size 1 is suitable for women under 30 who have not given birth.

Size 2 is for women over 30 and women who have given birth naturally.

How to use

• It folds and is inserted into the vagina. This provides a natural and environmentally friendly alternative to tampons.
• If inserted correctly, it can be used for up to 8 hours continuously, depending on the intensity of menstrual bleeding.
• It can be easily removed, emptied and washed with water and then reinserted.
• Between two menstrual periods, you should sterilise the menstrual cup with boiling water for a few minutes.
