Recipe
Coconut and Date Energy Balls
Ingredients:
- 150 g ECO Salud Viva grated coconut
- 100 g pitted dates
- 50 g raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon pure cocoa powder (optional)
Preparation:
- Grind the almonds until you obtain a fine texture.
- Add the dates and grind until you obtain a sticky dough.
- Add the grated coconut and cocoa powder and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and roll them in extra grated coconut.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before eating.
