Coconut and date energy balls
Ingredients:
- 100 g pitted dates
- 50 g NaturGreen Organic Shredded Coconut
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon pure cocoa powder (optional)
- Extra grated coconut for coating
Preparation:
- Blend the dates into a paste.
- Mix with the grated coconut, coconut oil and cocoa (if using).
- Shape into balls with your hands.
- Coat the balls in additional grated coconut.
- Store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before eating.
