Recipe
Citrus vinaigrette with coriander
- Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Artemis coriander seeds (crushed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- (Optional) 1 teaspoon honey or syrup
- Preparation:
- Lightly grind the seeds to release their aroma.
- Mix the oil, vinegar and crushed seeds.
- Season with salt and pepper and add honey if desired.
- Use to dress green salads or roasted vegetables.
