A complete and delicious breakfast that combines textures and flavours.

Ingredients:

  • 1 plant-based yoghurt (coconut, soya or almond)
  • 3 tablespoons of Quinoa Balls with Agave and Cocoa
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • 1/4 cup of red berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add a layer of yoghurt to a glass or bowl.
  2. Top with a layer of banana slices and red berries.
  3. Add a layer of quinoa balls.
  4. Repeat the layers if desired, and finish by sprinkling chia seeds on top.
  5. Serve immediately to enjoy the crunchy texture, or let it sit for a few minutes if you prefer it to soften a little.
