A complete and delicious breakfast that combines textures and flavours.
Ingredients:
- 1 plant-based yoghurt (coconut, soya or almond)
- 3 tablespoons of Quinoa Balls with Agave and Cocoa
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1/4 cup of red berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- Add a layer of yoghurt to a glass or bowl.
- Top with a layer of banana slices and red berries.
- Add a layer of quinoa balls.
- Repeat the layers if desired, and finish by sprinkling chia seeds on top.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the crunchy texture, or let it sit for a few minutes if you prefer it to soften a little.
