Oats with Yoghurt and Fruit

Ingredients:

  • 40 g oat flakes
  • 1 glass of milk or plant-based drink (almond, oat, etc.)
  • 1 natural or Greek yoghurt
  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, banana, apple, etc.)
  • Honey or agave syrup (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Cook the oat flakes with the milk or plant-based drink for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  2. Serve the oats in a bowl and add the yoghurt on top.
  3. Garnish with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey or agave syrup if desired.
  4. Done! You have a delicious and healthy breakfast.
